Cajon Valley “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”

The Cajon Valley Union School District Governing Board and district office staff work tirelessly over the summer to prepare for a smooth opening of the school year. To welcome teachers and school staff “Back to School”, they got together for a day of fun, collaboration, teamwork and yes… dancing. We are so appreciative of all our employees! Video shot and produced by http://www.fefifofilms.com/  Check out this clip we were able to capture from Fox 5 News.  Every major local network featured the video last week.  Who new we had so many talented dancers here in CVUSD=)

Cajon Valley Union School District Gains National Recognition

In April of 2016, Digital Promise, The League of Innovative Schools, and the U.S. Department of Education visited the Cajon Valley Union School District to learn from teachers and staff about successful innovations that prepare students to thrive in a global economy.  The Cajon Valley Union School District earned Congressional recognition as one of the top 73 school districts in the nation.  In partnership with TED.com, CODE.org, Code to the Future, Educators Coop, the University of San Diego, the Classroom of the Future Foundation, Digital Promise, National University, San Diego State University, Qualcomm, and several other local businesses and community partners… CVUSD has created a model for others to use with the hopes of retaining America’s competitive edge.

Kicking off the school year at the G-House!

Team members at Greenfield have been working relentlessly in preparation for this school year, and we’re off to a great start: From the student-led broadcast studio to our Maker Space, from the cafeteria staff to the office and custodial teammates, from the warehouse and IT crew to maintenance and grounds support, and in the classrooms with students, teachers, and instructional support staff…  We’ve invested broad resources and time in making improvements to the site and in planning engaging instructional programs focused on Academics, Arts, & Athletics.

G-House!!!
